I value my customers and I am committed to a high level of customer service.

All items will be sent as soon as possible after payment is received.

Postage and packing charges are kept to a minimum and covers actual postage and a small surcharge for packaging and overheads.

Returns

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from time of order to within 7 working days of delivery.Please note that Saturdays,Sundays and public holidays are not counted as 'working days'

If you choose to cancel we will refund you the full price you paid using the same method used to purchase the item.

If the order has  already been delivered, please return it at your own cost obtaining proof of postage in original packaging.

Please Note:

For orders outside the United Kingdom,you are responsible for any custom charges or taxes incurred when receiving your order.

There is a no Quibble return policy. Personalised/custom made goods are non refundable unless faulty.

Please note that return postage is non refundable unless the item is faulty.

If a parcel has been posted and not collected from the post office collection point, it will be returned to myself and I will then contact the customer who will have pay for the second postage cost. Please always check with your delivery office incase the postman fails to leave a card!
