I value my customers and I am committed to a high level of customer service.
All items will be sent as soon as possible after payment is received.
Personalised goods are posted out as soon as possible after approval and within the time scale specified at point of purchase. (more info below)
International orders - Please note and allow that items can take up to 3 weeks to arrive but the average time is 10 days for worldwide delivery.
Postage and packing charges are kept to a minimum and covers actual postage and a small surcharge for packaging and overheads.
PAYPAL address must match Delivery address and if you provide the wrong address then I am not responsible for item not turning up.
Payment via Bank Transfers must completed within 24 Hours or order will be cancelled and customer should send an email or facebook message sent to advise payment has been made.
No returns for Cut to order items such as cake toppers
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from time of order to within 14 working days of delivery. Please note that Saturdays,Sundays and public holidays are not counted as 'working days'
If you choose to cancel we will refund you the full price you paid using the same method used to purchase the item.
Please note expedited services such as Special delivery costs are not refundable.
If the order has already been delivered, please return it at your own cost obtaining proof of postage in original packaging.
For orders outside the United Kingdom,you are responsible for any custom charges or taxes incurred when receiving your order.
Please note that items are subject to UK laws only and do not buy if this causes any problems if you are outside the UK.
There is a no Quibble return policy. Personalised/custom made and cut to order goods are non refundable unless faulty.
FAULTY GOODS MUST BE REPORTED ON ARRIVAL!
Any breakages from transit must be reported straight away so please check goods on arrival.
Any goods that are to be returned must be returned within 14 days of reciept and be in the same condition as sent. Postage must be covered by the buyer, so please check if using stamps they are correct.
Personalised goods are to bought and paid for before any work will start. If in the unlikely event you are not happy with the proof shown to you, you may request the order be cancelled or altered to suit.
Personalised and custom orders are fully agreed before posting and once posted, are the customers to keep with no change of mind as per distance selling regulations.
Please note that return postage is non refundable unless the item is faulty.

If a parcel has been posted and not collected from the post office collection point, it will be returned to myself and I will then contact the customer who will have pay for the re-delivery postage cost. Please always check with your delivery office incase the postman fails to leave a card!
Should an item not arrive within 7 days or 14 days for Europe then please contact me.
Items posted via 1st or 2nd Class post are not guaranteed delivery times and should an order arrive after the required but was sent on time then Glamglass Gifts will not be held responsible.
If you need an item for a guaranteed date then use Special Delivery
